REINFORCEMENT OF THE ASIC ROBOTICS GROUP

Asic Robotics has retroactively taken over 100% of the Zufag AG stock effective January 1, 2017

Zufag AG with home offices in Lützlflüh has been producing custom conveying and feeding systems successfully for 28 years and, just as Asic Robotics, has many long-term, satisfied customers. With its innovative, high tech solutions and high quality conscientiousness it is a perfect match for the Asic Robotics Group.

The previous Business Manager, Hanspeter Bärtschi, will remain active in operations as well as on the Governing Board of Zufag AG. Mr. Hansueli Gammeter, long term staff member, will assume the duties of Business Manager. We are convinced, that this internal solution will guarantee the greatest possible continuity for the successful company, Zufag AG.
